The George Washington University is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. The GW paralegal studies program is an institutional member of the American Association for Paralegal Education (AAfPE), National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA), International Paralegal Management Association (IPMA), Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX), and National Capital Area Paralegal Association (NCAPA).
